Patch 14.13 Notes
With patch 14.13, League of Legends introduces several updates, including champion balance tweaks, minor adjustments to assassin keystones, and a significant rework of Varus’s passive to enhance synergy with attack speed.
In the Arena mode, there are balancing changes and a free champion rotation exclusive to this mode.
For ARAM, a cooldown is being added to reroll re-picks to prevent players from immediately selecting a champion that was just rerolled.
